By enrolling in or using Athena (the “Service”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in or use the Service.

Athena is an AI-powered mentorship and coaching support tool designed to provide insights, guidance, and decision-support based on the Unblinded Formula. Athena is not a licensed attorney, therapist, financial advisor, or medical professional.

• Monthly Plan: $97/month, billed automatically every 30 days.
• Annual Plan: $997/year, billed annually in advance.
• All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

All payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds or prorations will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Annual members receive a reserved seat at the Integrous Influence Mastery Immersion (October 22–24, 2026, Park Ridge, NJ).

• Travel and accommodations are not included.
• Seat is non-transferable and holds no cash value.
• Event details subject to reasonable change.

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login access or reselling the Service is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate Athena.
• Using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Inputting sensitive third-party data without proper authorization.

Athena provides informational and coaching-based guidance only. Nothing provided constitutes legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

We strive for 24/7 access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, maintenance, or updates may occur.

Your interactions with Athena are treated as private; however, we do not guarantee absolute confidentiality. Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACTi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
