Your unused monthly talk time carries forward
On paid plans, unused monthly talk time rolls into the next month and keeps accumulating. For example, save your Plus plan's 15 minutes for three months and you'll have a full hour available in month four, including that month's allowance.

Talk time
- The 14 days start on your first use, not at signup — register today, start next week, and you still get the full 14 days.
- 30 minutes a day, refreshing at the time of day you started — start at 3:15pm, fresh 30 minutes at 3:15pm each day. No midnight reset, no timezone to argue about.
- During the free trial, unused daily minutes don't carry over. Monthly talk-time rollover applies to paid plans.
- Only connected call time counts — ringing is free. A call in progress is never cut off; hitting the daily limit ends your next call, not the one you're on.
- Using all 3.5 hours takes at least 7 days. Nobody can burn it in one sitting.
Messages
- 100 messages a day.
- Only the messages you send count toward the 100 — Athena's replies are free.
Training modules
- 7 short video modules, one unlocking per day at your daily reset time — so tomorrow's module and tomorrow's minutes arrive together.
- Fully optional. They gate nothing — skip all 7 and you have exactly the same access.
- Finish a module and that day gets 15 extra minutes: 45 instead of 30. The bonus applies to one module per day.
- Watch all 7 and your total talk time goes from 3.5 to 5.25 hours.
She meets you where you are
- Each session, Athena knows which module you're on, whether you watched it, and how much time you have left that day — so she leads the day's work instead of asking what you'd like to talk about.
- Context carries across days, so day three builds on day one.
Who gets the trial
- New accounts only — a first taste for people who haven't used Athena before.
- Existing members, invited users, and staff skip the trial and go straight to full access.
When the trial ends
- Convert to Plus ($20/mo) or Pro ($97/mo) whenever you're ready.
- Your conversation history and memory carry over either way.
